Welcome to Alphonixhub! By participating in our courses or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

2. Membership & Classes

• Membership fees and class payments are due as specified during registration.
• Alphonixhub reserves the right to suspend or cancel classes with prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds for unused classes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• No-shows for scheduled classes are not refundable.

4. Safety & Conduct

• Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety instructions at all times.
• Respectful behavior is required. Bullying or unsafe actions may result in removal from classes.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for children during classes.

5. Liability

• Alphonixhub is not responsible for personal injuries sustained during training.
• Participants train at their own risk and must have adequate health insurance.

6. Privacy

Personal information is collected and protected according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

Alphonixhub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
